RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to return your order to us (excluding postage) under the following conditions:

  • You purchased the goods directly from (sammoorbeauty.com.my) We cannot issue refunds for the products not purchased through (sammoorbeauty.com.my) directly.
  • The goods are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items priced cannot be refunded.
  • The goods are returned within 14 days from the date when your order was placed. Notification of a return must be communicated in writing to contact sammoorbsb@gmail.com. If you fail to notify us of your intent to return an item within 7 days from the date of purchase, Sammoor Beauty Sdn Bhd is under no liability to process a refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • If the goods are defective in any way, 1-to-1 replacement will be offered, will be given if within 30 days of purchase.
  • All goods must be returned to the address below before a refund can be processed.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Liability: If the goods we deliver are not what you have ordered or damaged or defective or incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail within 7 working days of the receipt of the goods.
